In the heart of the ocean the city of Ystli can be found.

Nobody that doesn't live there has been able to get through its walls. Any traveller that enters Ystli will never be able to leave, and not only because the path to Ystli must stay a secret but because even though the traveller may be able pass unscathed, the Athua ocean has never been a safe place for a solitary wanderer.

Only few receive permission to exit the city and it's often to do with important state matters and with the Elders Council's authorization.
